Welcome to Piercing Perfections in Great Lakes Mall, Mentor. We are a team dedicated to making your piercing dreams a reality. All of our staff is highly qualified and our goal is the same as yours: making sure you can live your best life with the best piercings!
Required Identification
Please note that all piercing services require the client to provide a physical copy of their state issued ID or Drivers License, or Passport at the time of service. For all services performed on minors (clients under the age of 18) we require a physical copy of the parent or legal guardians state issued ID, Drivers License or Passport and a physical copy the minor clients state issued ID or Drivers License, Passport or Birth Certificate. For all services performed on minors the clients parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire duration of the service. No services can be performed if the client does not provide the proper identification documents.
