Required Identification
Our staff will verify your identification. For adults, this includes a physical Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID. For minors, a parent or legal guardian’s ID (as listed above) along with the minor’s physical birth certificate or legal guardianship paperwork is required to confirm age and relationship.

Piercing Perfections strives to provide clients with consistent, precise, and sanitary piercing services with high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service customized to each customer's needs and desires.
To achieve this, Piercing Perfections and all Piercing Perfections staff are compliant with all requirements established by Chapter 3730 of Ohio Revised Code/ Title 37 Health-Safety-Moral | Tattooing or Body Piercing Services including but not limited to sections 3730.01 to 3730.11 of the Revised Code and rules in Ohio Law & Administrative Rules.
